Who is responsible

The contact form

When you send a message, your name, email address and message are emailed to me so I can reply. They are sent through Resend (the email delivery service) and arrive in my Gmail inbox (Google).

I use them only to answer you, and keep them as long as our conversation needs. Ask and I will delete them. The legal basis is your request to be contacted (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it records technical data such as IP address, browser and pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. These logs are kept for a short period by Vercel and are not used to identify you.

Analytics

If you accept in the cookie banner, the site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to count visits and see which parts of the page are read. It sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last up to 2 years. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses; data may be processed by Google in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Cookies

Technical cookies, which need no consent: i18n_redirected remembers your language, and analytics-consent remembers your choice in the cookie banner for 6 months.

Analytics cookies, only with your consent: _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics, see above). There are no advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
